Order Issues & Solutions

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Items Received:

If you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the received items and your order number. We will ship the correct items immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect items.

Item Not Received:

If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Check around your property for safe placement
  • Contact your local carrier facility with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved after 2 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier

Taxes Information:

All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates vary by state, province, and country. We are required to collect sales tax in jurisdictions where we have economic nexus.

How to Return an Item:

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide a return authorization number and return instructions
  3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Store Pickup:

Currently, we operate as an online-only store and do not have a physical retail location for store pickup. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center. We apologize for any inconvenience and are continuously evaluating opportunities to better serve our customers.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped
