We accept returns for all apparel items purchased from our store:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear after use

Store Credit

Customer-Paid Returns

For size exchanges or preference-based returns, customer covers return shipping cost. We recommend using trackable shipping services as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  2. Get Label: We will email you a return shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Pack Securely: Pack item securely in original packaging if possible

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days to inspect the item
  • Approval: Immediate email notification of approval/denial
  • Refund: 5 business days to appear in your account (varies by bank)

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  2. Indicate "EXCHANGE" in your email subject line

  4. New item ships once return is processed

Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping for exchanges due to our error. Customer pays shipping for size/color preference changes.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email photos to support@zadago.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include order number and description of issue
  3. We will send a prepaid return label
  4. Replacement or refund issued immediately upon receipt
