We accept returns for all apparel items purchased from our store:

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these requirements:

ā What Cannot Be Returned?
To ensure fairness for all customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags attached
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear after use
- Gift cards (non-returnable)

Full Refund
Receive a 100% refund to your original payment method when:
- Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item was shipped
- Item meets all return conditions above
Store Credit
Get store credit (including original shipping cost) for:
- Size exchanges
- Style changes
- Any reason return (even if tags removed, item must be unworn)

Free Return Shipping
We provide FREE return shipping labels for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item shipped
- Our error (we sent the wrong size/color)
Customer-Paid Returns
For size exchanges or preference-based returns, customer covers return shipping cost. We recommend using trackable shipping services as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Need a different size or color?
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate "EXCHANGE" in your email subject line
- Specify desired size/color
- New item ships once return is processed
Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping for exchanges due to our error. Customer pays shipping for size/color preference changes.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email photos to support@zadago.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include order number and description of issue
- We will send a prepaid return label
- Replacement or refund issued immediately upon receipt

Size Exchange: If the item doesn't fit, return it unworn with tags for an exchange or store credit.
